1. You need to provide us with photos. One photo needs to show the angle in which you would like your subject painted. Additional photos are helpful for correct color and detailing. These may be sent via email or postal service.

2. Complete the enclosed custom order sheet, including your wish list of details you would like in the painting. If any changes are requested after the project is started an hourly art fee will be applied ($50.00 per hour).

3. A non refundable deposit of $50.00 per individual design is required and the balance is due at delivery.

1. Completion time is usually 4 or more  weeks depending on the season. If you would like a proof of the artwork, a $15.00 fee is assessed. Every effort is made to present you with a painting in the format you ordered. If an error is made in the painting on Fernwood’s behalf, we will correct it at no charge.

2. Once the artwork is completed, we will contact you regarding items and quantities you would like to order, approximate shipping date and total balance due.

3. All orders will be shipped UPS COD unless other arrangements have been made.

4. We accept money orders, cash and personal or business checks. A $40.00 fee will be applied for any returned checks.

2-4 pieces.....................$45.00 per piece*

5-10 pieces ..................$37.50 per piece*

11 or more pieces ........$30.00 per piece*

*To receive the discount price for multiple piece orders, the order needs to be placed on the same date.

All prints are matted in an off white color mat board.

After the purchase of your 8X10 matted print or wooden collectible, the following items are available for purchase:
